WROZ is 101.3 The Rose in Lancaster, Pennsylvania serving Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. They play recent adult contemporary music like Rob Thomas, The Fray, Daughtry, Gwen Stefani, Nickelback, and Sheryl Crow just to name a few. They position themselves as 101 The Rose "An Upbeat Variety of The 80s, 90s, and Today." Another key line identifying the station is the fact that they "play 25 minutes of music" in every set of music. They play mostly music from the 1980s, 1990s, and today. They can be considered a "Bright AC" playing more upbeat tunes than a "typical" AC station. This station ranks high in the Lancaster and York markets and is now considered "the number one at work radio station."

The Rose is one of three FM radio partners of WGAL-TV 8, in which any type of news or weather story comes to them via Channel 8. This is a high mark because WGAL is one of the most watched TV stations in the area and one of the most respected. WROZ is also the designated Emergency Alert System station for Lancaster County where all the emergency information such as tornado warnings airs on The Rose automatically.

Every Friday, they dedicate the airwaves to all 80's with "All 80's Flashback Friday." One weekend out of the month, they dedicate the whole weekend to the 1980s and then one weekend a month there is a "Whatever Weekend" in which songs that haven't been played in a while show up again on the station. Whatever weekends encompass all music from 1970s-2000s.

On February 24, 2007, 101 The Rose debuted a new show called "Movin and Groovin Saturday Night" hosted by Michael C. Anthony. This show deals with dance hits and also heavy on disco music. It runs every Saturday Night from 9PM-12A.

Every year, around mid-November they position themselves as "Central PA's Christmas Station, playing wall-to-wall holiday favorites to usher in the busy holiday season. The sounds of the seasons include standards, instrumentals, and contemporary favorites. They are consistently ranked high during this period and frequently get tons of advertisers to air their holiday ads on the air. Most frequent artists for the holiday season include Trans Siberian Orchestra, Amy Grant, Hanny Connick, Jr, Manhattan Transfer, and Jose Feliciano. On November 15, 2007, at 6AM the station went all Christmas Music.

They have this as the current DJ Lineup:

6-10AM Dennis Mitchell and Michelle Cruz (The Rose Breakfast Club), along with Justin Broka, who voices the newscasts and serves as show producer. They conduct numerous contests like the Rose Impossible Question. Joe Calhoun from Channel 8's weather team checks live in at 7:45AM. This show is new and began on November 26, 2007.

10AM-2PM Michael C. Anthony. At 12 Noon it's Lunch Bunch, in which he plays an hour of listeners' requests and does Lunch Bunch trivia for prizes.

2-7PM Patsy Sympson with the drive home. Channel 8's Doug Allen from the weather team checks in at 4:45PM every day.

7-12AM-Delilah (National Syndicated Show) with dedications for loved ones, relationship issues, and more.
