Links to related wikipedia article have been added to remove dead-end-article status. I couldn't find an "etager" article in wikipedia, but I left the reference there for now - the article still needs expanding and tidying up, and possibly the external links looked at. Found out what an etager(e) was and added wikipedia link, and rewrote a few bits of text to make it flow better and be less advertisment-like. Had a look around but couldn't find any usable references, so there's stuff there that probably needs references cited, but doesn't have them.
