Wrights is a manufacturer of trim and other textiles for home sewing, located in West Warren, Massachusetts.
The company was founded as William Wright and Sons in 1897 and remained independent until 1986, when the company was sold to Newell Industries. Newell spun off Wrights and Boye Needle in 1989 under the name William E. Wright Ltd. Partnership. In 2001 Conso International Corporation, a South Carolina manufacturer of trims to the wholesale trade, and owners of the Simplicity Pattern brand, bought the company and renamed it Wm. Wright Co. Its official trademark name is now Wrights.
