I'm John Robert Mallernee, an amateur singer/songwriter and officially appointed bard of a Scottish clan, residing in the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Washington, D.C.

A convert in the Church of JESUS CHRIST of Latter-day Saints (i.e., the "Mormon" church), I served in the Republic of Viet Nam with the 101st Airborne Division "Screaming Eagles".
