[edit] Pokefusion
Pokefusion is a Pokemon Fusion between two or three Pokemon. They are placed in a machine called the Fusionbase2 or Fusionbase3 while in their Pokeball. The number states the amount of pokemon that can be fused. The Pokeballs transfer the Pokemon into the middle of the base, which contains a Fusionball, the Pokeball in which the fusion Pokemon is kept. Only certain Pokemon can be fused.
Pokemon Fusion List After talking to a wandering man, you obtain a Fusiondex. This is the list of Pokemon Fusions. Before you have the Fused Pokemon, it will say the Pokemon needed to fuse to get that Pokemon in place of its name. When you fuse that Pokemon, its name appears and the formula to fuse that Pokemon appears in its information.
Procedure
To fuse Pokemon, the Pokeballs containing the Pokemon are placed on one of the Pokeball holders surrounding the Fusionball. This is called a Fusionbase. A button is pushed and the Pokemon become fused and put into the Fusionball. A fused Pokemon can only be un-fused by placing it on a Antibase. An Antibase looks just like a Fusionbase, but it is the color red. Only certain Pokemon can be fused.

[edit] Enemies and Allies
Team Storm
Team Storm is a team similar to the Teams of Aqua, Magma, and Galactic. The are after certain Pokemon to do, in their words, "good for the world." The only difference is that after your first incounter with them, they seperate into Team Thunder and Team Lightning.
Team Thunder
Team Thunder is run by their leader, Randel, who tries to capture Soundox, a Thunder Pokemon created by the scientist Jonathan as an experiment. They are your allies in Pokemon Amber but your enemies in Pokemon Amethyst. Their goal is to cause less storms to prevent flooding.
Team Lightning
Team Lightning is run by their leader, Lander, who tries to capture Zaplox, a Lightning Pokemon created by the scientist Jonathan as an experiment. They are your allies in Pokemon Amethyst but your enemies in Pokemon Amber. Their goal is to cause more storms without rain, just lightning.
Josh
Your rival. In the anime, he is the first person to show Pokefusion to Ash. In the game, you battle him after you learn about Pokefusion. He is the first person you see that used a Fusion Pokemon, Rhynox. He becomes the Elite Four Champion.
Jacob/Cassidy
The person you are able to be at the beginning of the game. The other will be your ally during some of the game.

[edit] The Demented Dimension
There will possibly be a dark dimension that reveals the opposite side of Shiny Pokemon - Dark Pokemon. Similar to the TCG card game (with Light, Normal, and Dark pokemon), this will introduce the dark side. It is almost like the Underground tunnels. It will be a small room that will rarely contain pokemon; if you find one, it will be the Dark version. Also, this gives the player the chance to catch the only pokemon that is only found in this room. It does NOT have a Shiny nor Normal side. This pokemon is Pyrderus.
Pyrderus
Pyrderus it the opposite form of Paxitas. Similarity runs with Paxitas: it has no Dark nor Normal side. There is a 0.0003% of catching Pyrderus without cheat or Mystery Gift. To obtain easier, you obtain the Mystery Gift item Dark Apparation, with raises the % to 10% while having the Dark Apparation in your bag.
Access
To access the Dark "Demented" Dimension, you must help an old man with his quest. He asks you to give him a Astrusk Lv. 64 holding a Leaf Stone. It is an unusual quest, but in return he gives you the Dimension Orb. It is placed in your Key Items slot and is used just like the Exploring Kit, which brings you underground. You save and then you are brought to a new dimension with your pokemon and items. Use the Orb again to leave. You cannot save in this dimension.
