The image was originally licensed on Flickr as CC 2.0 generic, but was later changed to all rights reserved. OTRS contains discussion from copyright holder - "My images were originally posted as a shared copyright. Then I had some issues with people using them in for profit websites. I changed the license to it's current format. So - keep it under the original license, or, you have my permission to use the image as currently licensed. Use all you want - just ask first! That is what it is all about...."
