WQJJ-LP (97.7 FM, "97.7 The Fox") is a radio station licensed to serve Jasper, Alabama. The station is owned by North Alabama Public Service Broadcasters. The station was assigned the WQJJ-LP call letters by the Federal Communications Commission on December 30, 2003.[1]
The second oldest LPFM station in Alabama, WQJJ-LP went temporarily silent in mid-April 2008.[2] It had aired an Adult Hits music format.[3][4] The station's official website says "Thank you for three wonderful years. We will truly miss you. New format coming soon."
