[edit] Usage

Edit the article talk page (use the "Discussion" tab at the top of the article), to add {{WPEQ}} with the following options:

  • class=X, where X is FA, A, GA, B, Start, Stub, List or NA
  • importance=Y, where Y is Top, High, Mid, Low, or NA
  • peer-review, if this article is up for a peer-review
  • nesting=yes, if the talk page has other project tags
  • breeds=yes, if this article is part of the Horse breeds task force.
  • training=yes, if this article is part of the Horse training task force.

Example: {{WPEQ|class=stub|importance=mid}}

Wikipedia assigns FA and GA to appropriate articles once the template has been added. These tags are only for articles that have been designated Featured Article of Good Article. Use A only after formal assessment. The highest class an editor can assign on their own is B. Use Start class if the article has substantial content, including some images and references. Most new articles will be Stub class unless they are quite lengthy and have at least a few sources. NA is for "non articles" that need not be assessed; use it for templates, categories, disambiguations, redirects, and lists.
