Place this template at the top of the talk page of an article created by WP:AFC. Set parameters as follows:
- notarticle: If set to yes, will not state that the page was created through the AfC process. This should only be used for templates used by the project or project pages. WARNING: If a template is used for the AfC process, but not created through the AfC process, this MUST be set to yes to ensure proper categorization.
- class: Can be any one of the values shown below. Each value will categorize the talk page into one of these categories:

- comments: If set to yes, adds a collapsible box beneath the assessment section that contains the reviewer's comments left in the third, unnamed, parameter. Has no effect if left blank or set to anything else.
- nested: Set this to "yes" if used in {{WikiProjectBannerShell}}. Thanks to Madman bum and angel for setting this up.
This template must be put on the talk page only. If you try to put it anywhere else, you'll get this wonderful little warning box to let you know you messed it up. See sample below.
