[edit] Biology

Now we have this, should Talk:Fauna of Argentina and individual species (Haig's Tuco-tuco?) come here too? They don't sit entirely comfortably in geography, but I'm not quite clear if this is the place for them either.Martín (saying/doing) 13:43, 11 August 2006 (UTC)

Well, Flora and Fauna are part of the biology, and biology is definitelly a science, so it could be tagged with this one. But considering there are already a lot of such articles, we could also create the new topic. I don't actually have a preference, but if you think so, I will create it. I'm no tsiure about the name, should it be Biology or better Biota? Thus, all biology related articles would go to Science, and the Flora and Fauna to Biota. Whatcha think? Mariano(t/c) 09:30, 14 August 2006 (UTC)
Hmmm. As you say, biology is a science, so if there were biologists, they should go there - Ameghino, etc. So yes, if you create a new topic, Id prefer Biota, as it would link into other wikiprojects and be tightly defined, without biographies, other pure biology articles, etc. Basically, I agree.
