WOTA RADIO (WOTA - "We're Open to America") was founded in October 2003 by William (Will) Swann and Greg Baker.
Will had participated in another radio broadcast, TechRadio Show earlier in the year but TR went out of business and Will had always wanted to be a radio personality so, along with Greg founded WOTA Radio.
WOTA was first recorded in the conference room of Information Systems Support, INC and the show was digitally recorded and posted on the WOTA website for all of America to listen.
During 2004, WOTA broadened its horizons and headed for Fairfax Public Access, where the show can still be heard today. In early 2004 Cal Miller joined the ranks of WOTA and Greg took a sidestep. In the Spring of 2004 Stephen Brinegar joined the show. Will, Cal and Steve did the show through July 2004. Steve left WOTA in July 2004 after the show migrated from the conference room to the studio.
