The World Wrestling Alliance is used by several regional and independent professional wrestling promotions, which include:
- World Wrestling Alliance (Arkansas), an American independent promotion based in Springdale, Arkansas and owned by retired wrestler Dr. X.
- World Wrestling Alliance (Kansas), an American regional promotion based in Kansas City, Kansas and promoted by Bob Geigel. Formerly NWA Central States, the promotion was renamed after breaking from the National Wrestling Alliance in 1987.
- World Wrestling Alliance (Toronto), a Canadian independent promotion based in Toronto, Ontario.
The World Wrestling Alliance can also refer to:
- Atlantic World Wrestling Alliance, an independent promotion based in Atlanta, Georgia. Its WWA4 wrestling school, headed by retired wrestler Curtis Hughes, has trained Heath Miller, Chuck Palumbo, Sonny Siaki, Jamie Noble, AJ Styles, Elix Skipper and Mark Jindrak.
- Trans-World Wrestling Alliance or Association, a Japanese wrestling promotion which later became International Wrestling Enterprise.
