World Village Festival

The World Village Festival (Finnish: Maailma kylässä) is an annual festival in Helsinki, Finland that exhibits cultures from around the world. The programme includes music from ethno to pop and rock, as well as dance, theater, literature and food from different countries. It also hosts exhibitions on multiculturality, globalization and development aid.
According to the organizers, around 50,000 people attended the two-day festival on its second day in 2007[1].
