"Workaholic" was the third single released by Dutch act 2 Unlimited from their album Get Ready!. The song differed from the album version by virtue of it not being an instrumental track. It was a Top 30 U.S. Dance hit, and peaked at #4 in the UK.
The song's impact lasts beyond its run on the charts. The opening segment of the song features bells ringing in descending followed by ascending order (replicating the Westminster chime effect). It's the same stinger that is played at Yankee Stadium every time the New York Yankees (MLB) hit home runs or score runs.
