Talk:World Record Club

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This article is under construction as a contribution to the series relating to recording companies listed at List of record labels starting with S. The present contributor wishes only to set out information relating to the early phase of this company, which is not very well documented, but accounts for a large amount of vinyl in circulation and many interesting recordings, mostly classical, which are not listed in shop catalogues as this was a mail-order company. He hopes that others will add more info concerning the company, especially after 1966 and in the non-classical area of interest. Please watch this space for progress forthcoming. Thanks, Sedgefoot 02:25, 6 October 2007 (UTC) It would also be very helpful if anyone has access to good 3rd party sources as reference for this data, which is mostly derived from WRC own publications, owing to nature of subject. These sources are clearly reliable but not 'library'-type. Sedgefoot 10:13, 15 October 2007 (UTC)
