[edit] Notability

Is this a notable organisation? I can't find any reliable sources myself, and the external links are all dead except one. CiaranG 12:25, 20 January 2007 (UTC)

I replaced the external links with the main one for the organization. I think it is notable but I'll leave it for someone else to remove the tag.Peter Rehse 10:42, 23 January 2007 (UTC)

My preference is to leave the tag, because I don't see any evidence for notability, although I agree that perhaps it might be. I'm not sure if WP:CORP or WP:ORG would be the nearest appropriate guideline. CiaranG 10:45, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
I'm also not quite sure. By Google results, this organization seems to organize world championships in their are of sports, so it would seem notable. But I did not find substantial secondary coverage (press articles, etc.). I am optimistic towards notability, and will replace the "notability" tag with "primarysources" for now; but the article definitely needs to be improved. Sorted as part of the Notability wikiproject. --B. Wolterding 19:14, 8 October 2007 (UTC)
