When will a universal congress take place in Africa? Kiam universala kongreso okazos en afriko?

If this list of places represents the Esperanto-speaking community, then it looks like that community is about 90% or so in Europe - apart from a few meetings in Japan, S.Korea, P.R.China and Cuba, hardly any seem to be outside of Europe. i guess this can be understood: Latin Americans get by with spanish/portuguese as being close enough to each other and understood in the whole region, North Americans and Africans have English and French as a lingua franca. Since European colonisation of East Asia failed, a lot of people in Europe and Asia who want an easier alternative to English can understandably feel that Esperanto could be a good intermediary language...
