Talk:Workers' Aid for Bosnia
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Swedish campaign for Workers Aid was quite notable, and should be mentioned as well. --Soman (talk) 14:25, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
- As with everything on Wikipedia, we'd need some references. Are there any publications (including websites) which describe that campaign? – Kieran T (talk) 14:34, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
- The Swedish org was called Arbetarkonvojen, to which there are much info (in swedish) through google. I'm not sure how the relations were between Workers Aid, if the swedish campaign was part of the international one and if so how. There was an international conference of Workers Aid, i'll try to dig up more info. --Soman (talk) 16:49, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
- The international network was called International Workers Aid. [1]. The international coordination was placed in Sweden. [2]
- However, [3] seems to suggest WAB and IWA were separate orgs. --Soman (talk) 16:54, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
