[edit] Charismatic?

Hiya, does anybody know if the church is pentecostal or charismatic in its leanings? As it is "non-denominational", it would be helpful to have a section on its beliefs. If it is pentecostal/charismatic, then we can get some help from the Wikiproject on Chrismatic Christianity. Thanks, Jaems 03:50, 9 May 2006 (UTC)

  • Hi Jaems. The church truely is non-denominational; definately shouldn't be categorized as Pentecostal, and doesn't really fit the evangelical mold either. The church has no official ties to a denomination or an organization, and claims the Bible as the guideline for how a church is to be operated and molded. mobyrock 12:44, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
Thanks mobyrock... do you feel up to writing a section on beliefs? Does WoLC believe in the charismatic gifts, evangelism, election, etc etc? Jaems 13:11, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
Sure, I'll give it a shot. It looks like I'm headed out of town for today, but I'll have more time tomorrow. mobyrock 14:20, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
