Wonderful Ethiopians of the Ancient Cushite Empire

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Wonderful Ethiopians of the Ancient Cushite Empire is a book by Drusilla Dunjee Houston published in 1926. The book examines the history of the Cushite civilization of Africa. Although the book was unusual for its time period, in that it considered ancient African civilizations to be worthy of note, many of its claims are erroneous, including that it was the origin of all human cultures[citation needed].

The book is generally considered to have been inspired by W. E. B. DuBois's 1915 book The Negro.
