"Won't Let You Down" is a song on Chamillionaire's album Ultimate Victory. It features KC on the chorus. It had peaked at #112 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs.

- Texas Takeover Remix: The remix features KC, Slim Thug, Lil' Keke, Mike Jones, Trae, Paul Wall, UGK and Z-Ro, and has been confirmed to be a single by Chamillionaire on his official site. The remix and the original song can be heard on his MySpace. The remix was also to be featured on Chamillionaire's Mixtape Messiah 4 CD, which was announced to be available December 18, 2007, but due to Pimp C's death, the mixtape has been delayed. A modified remix of this song can be found on Lil' Flip's myspace, and it features all the original artists of the remix plus a verse by Lil' Flip & Scarface.
- Extended Texas Version: Chamillionaire released an extended remix titled Won't Let You Down Extended Texas Version for free download on New Year's Eve. The extended version features Bun B, Lil' Flip, Rob G, Famous, Jayton, Slim Thug, Lil' O, Yung Redd, Big Pokey, Lil' Keke, E.S.G., Troublesum, Z-Ro, Trae, PKT, Willie D, Cory Mo, Mike Jones, GT, Chingo Bling, Magno, Yung Ro, Kiotti, Raw LT, Paul Wall, Lil' Boss, Grit Boys, Big Mike, Chamillionaire, Scarface, & Pimp C and is 18 minutes long (exactly 18:14 or 18:15). - The song "Count on Me" by Gorilla Zoe has a very similar beat and hook to Won't Let You Down. [2]

- The Extended Texas Version of the song is considered by some to be posthumous, because Pimp C, respectively, is dead and this song was completed after his death.
- A Texas Takeover Remix #2 was released and features all artists from the original Texas Takeover Remix plus Lil Flip and Scarface. [1]
- A sneak peak of the "Extended Texas Version" remix was shown in a video by fellow artist Famous, which was removed from ChamillionaireTV on YouTube, but is still available there, it can be found on this link.
- Because Scarface's verse was first heard on the Texas Takeover Remix #2, Scarface's verse on the Extended Texas Version is extended.
- Radio Disney edits off the verses of Pimp C and Z-Ro due to some mild content.
