Wong Lih Yen (Chinese: 黃立言; pinyin: Huáng Lì Yán) is a IT Technical Specialist for a Multinational Corporation . He is also a Malaysian blogger as well as a think tank to a local poltician.

Wong was born on September 19, 1983 in Kuantan, Pahang. He graduated from University Malaysia Sabah, majoring in System Management in 2006. He began his career as Customer-Sales for a labeling company in Balakong, Selangor.
He is still single.

After his career in the labeling company, he was appointed as the IT Specialist for a company based in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. He is also a local politician think tank.
