"Woman in Love" is a popular 1980 song by Barbra Streisand from the album Guilty. After the success of the Bee Gees in 1977/1978 there was some time to perform songwriting for other artists and Barbra Streisand asked Barry Gibb to write an album for her. [2] This album ultimately became the most successful album. "Woman in Love" was written by Barry and Robin Gibb and became the most successful song of Streisand's music career and spent a total of three weeks at the #1 position on the Billboard chart and also three weeks at number one on the UK chart. It went on to reach the top on almost all of the charts it entered.
