[edit] WASPs

What about the Women's Air Service Pilots? They were involved in noncombat flying, mostly the aerial delivery of planes, and pilot duties related to military training (towing targets, etc).

If you know something about this subject (or can look up the information), you should start a new stub. I'm sure this subject deserves an article. ike9898 16:36, Mar 10, 2005 (UTC)

[edit] WAAFs in Reading

A relative of mine was with the WAAFs in Reading, Berkshire, and I'm trying to work out where they were. I think it was near the Bath Road. Does anyone know where I could find a list of sites the WAAF were based? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.81.190.141 (talk) 20:13, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
