{{unblock| All outgoing http traffic from the [[University_of_Calabria|University of Calabria]] is forcibly run through a proxy server at 160.97.4.204 since a couple of months; there is no way for users to change that. Unfortunately someone here (or some intruder) has apparently created accounts for abuse, as I get: This IP address has been blocked temporarily. CheckUser evidence has determined that this IP address is being used to create abusive user accounts; the address has been blocked to prevent further abuse. Would it be possible to unblock 160.97.4.204? }}

Unfortunately, due to current software restrictions, our flexibility is limited. To block the IP we also have to block registered users on that IP. I'll leave the {unblock} request up in case another admin has a better idea. -Will Beback 06:19, 22 May 2006 (UTC)
It's been blocked for a week and a bit. I've unblocked it. --Sam Blanning(talk) 11:02, 26 May 2006 (UTC)
