Hi! I saw the message that you wrote to me and I just want to say that the userboxes that you make are really good. I hope you don't mind me using them because I'm kinda new here and still learning. About Kajaani.. Um, weird... I shall contact Billings first.. I have nothing against Billings being our sister city, but as I asked mrs Raili Heikkinen about it, she denied it. BTW, I have edited this article a lot. My nick is matruusi.

I don't get any answer concerning relations between Kajaani and Billings. Sister cities of Kajaani are listed here (in English here), as I told before. On the pages of Billings, are sister cities listed somewhere, I can't find any appropriate page?
