You see the nutation of the ball shaped piston of the ball piston engine invented by physicist Wolfhart Willimczik in the sixties. Better than the Wankel engine, but invented in the former East-Germany, it has been suppressed by the SSD (STASI) and KGB.

One recognizes here the asymmetrical control diagram, which can be achieved with conventional two-stroke engines only with difficulties. (An upper piston part and the wall, separating the two work chambers, are removed.)
