id Software has not released any such images to the public domain
It is a low resolution image of a cover of the game
It does not limit the game's copyright owner (id Software) to sell the game in any way
The image is being used in an informative way and should not detract from the game
The image is used to illustrate the theme of the game mentioned in the article
The image's only purpose is to aid in the description of the game, and no other purpose
