This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit. The copyright for it is most likely owned by the company who created the promotional item or the artist who produced the item in question; you must provide evidence of such ownership. Lack of such evidence is grounds for deletion as established by these terms of use. It is believed that the use of some images of promotional material to illustrate: the person(s), product, event, or subject in question where the image is unrepeatable, i.e. a free image could not be created to replace it on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law. Though this image is subject to copyright, I feel its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. This is an image uploaded for informational purposes only, to visually identify the two principal actors in the NBC TV series Nero Wolfe (1981), the subject of the article, in the article infobox.
2. The image is an accurate low-resolution scan of a black-and-white glossy promotional photograph distributed by NBC, which intended promotional use. The attached caption sheet reads as follows: ON THE TRAIL--Super sleuth Nero Wolfe (William Conrad, right) and his trusted aide, Archie (Lee Horsley), search for clues in unraveling mysteries in "Nero Wolfe," NBC-TV's intriguing whodunit series based on the best-selling Rex Stout classics, to be colorcast Fridays (9–10 p.m. NYT) beginning January 16. (1/9/81)
3. This image is of low resolution. It cannot be used for high-resolution printing, and any copies made from it will be of inferior quality.
4. The photograph's inclusion in the article Nero Wolfe (1981 TV series) adds to it significantly because it visually identifies William Conrad (1920–1994) in his performance of the role of Nero Wolfe in the first television series based on the fictional detective. It is a publicity still that represents the teaming of Conrad and Lee Horsley (b. 1955) in the short-lived NBC series.
5. The copyright owner's rights to reproduce the image are not limited in any way.
