Wojciech Roszkowski

Wojciech Roszkowski (born on 20 June 1947 in Warszawa) is a Polish politician and Member of the European Parliament for the Silesian Voivodship with the Prawo i Sprawiedliwosc, part of the Union for a Europe of Nations and sits on the European Parliament's Committee on Budgets.

Roszkowski is a substitute for the Committee on Culture and Education and a member of the Delegation for relations with Japan.

• 1980-1993: Member of the independent self-governing trade union NSZZ Solidarność
• Chairman of the 'S' group at the Socio-Economics Dept
• 1980-1981: of the Warsaw School of Economics
• 1996-1998: Chairman of the Wilson Center European Alumni Association
• 1982-1986: Author of historical books
• since 1990: about 400 000 copies published, including 'Najnowsza historia Polski', underground publication (under the pseudonym Andrzej Albert), with a dozen or more official publications
