WNS Global Services (NYSE: WNS) is a Business Process Outsourcing company headquartered in Mumbai, India. WNS formerly stood for World Network Serves. The company is wholly owned subsidiary of WNS (Holdings) Limited which is incorporated in Jersey,Channel Islands.

The Company is headed by Ramesh N Shah (Chairman) & Neeraj Bhargava (CEO). Recently the company has appointed Alok Misra as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

The company started in 1996 as a captive BPO of British Airways.

Warburg pincus acquired controlling stake in the company in May 2002.

According to NASSCOM , an industry association in India WNS is top two India based offshore Business process outsourcing company in terms of revenue in 2004, 2005 & 2006. As of March 31st 2007 the company has 15,084 employees.

Company has client service centers in New York and London & delivery centers in Ipswich (UK) , Sri Lanka & India. In India delivery centers are in Pune, Nashik & Gurgaon (Haryana).
