WNEK (105.1 FM) is a college radio station that broadcasts from Western New England College in Springfield, Massachusetts.
WNEK was shut down by college authorities in 2006 after students used alcohol while on the air and used profanity.[citation needed] The FCC declined to take action against the station.[citation needed] WNEK returned to the airwaves in early February, 2008.[citation needed]
