This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit. Fair Use. This is a historically significant photo because it is a photo taken of a famous individual because he is the only person to have actually heard (at age 9) Abraham Lincoln's Gettysburg Address given by Lincoln and left an audio recording in [1938] of his experience and recollections.
