WMEI is a television station in Arecibo, Puerto Rico that broadcasts over analog channel 60. It currently has a construction permit to broadcast over digital channel 14 post analog shut off. The station is owned by Corporate Media Consultants Group, LLC.

* -- Because it was granted an original construction permit after the FCC finalized the DTV allotment plan on April 21, 1997 [1], WOST did not receive a companion channel for a digital television station. Instead, on or before February 18, 2009, which is the end of the digital TV conversion period for full-service stations, WOST will be required to turn off its analog signal and turn on its digital signal (called a "flash-cut").
