Description
English: The cosmic microwave temperature fluctuations from the 5-year WMAP data seen over the full sky, along with galactic foreground emission (red). The map is at 94GHz. The average temperature is 2.725 Kelvin. Red regions are warmer and blue regions are colder by 200 microkelvin; the colour scheme is linear.
