WKJV is a listener supported radio station licensed in Asheville, North Carolina. It broadcasts at the frequency of 1380 AM and originally begin broadcasting in August of 1947 as WLOS Skyway Broadcasting Company. WKJV serves Buncombe, Madison, McDowell, Mitchell, Haywood, Henderson, Yancey, and Transylvania Counties. WKJV is a ministry of International Baptist Outreach Missions, Inc., a not-for-profit organization. The station's programming features gospel music and preaching from the King James Bible. WKJV has a daytime non-directional power of 25,000 watts and a night-time directional power of 1000 watts.
