Supplementary local programming is provided by anchors Lee Cameron, Judy Kaye Shelton, and Joseph Aland.

[edit] Sports

WKDE-FM is the flagship station of the Lynchburg Hillcats, a Class High-A minor league baseball team and an affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates. The team is located in Lynchburg.

WKDE-FM is also the flagship station of the Altavista Colonels and William Campbell Generals high school football and basketball teams. Virginia Association of Broadcasters award-winning sportscaster Bob Alvis calls the play-by-play for most of the high school games, assisted often by co-host Kyle Hoehne. Station owner Dave Hoehne also calls games.

On Sundays, the Ramble airs two nationally syndicated bluegrass programs: "This is Bluegrass" with Tom Henderson and "Into the Blue" with Terry Herd. On Mondays through Thursdays, the Ramble is locally produced and hosted by Judy Kaye Shelton.

[edit] Sunday mornings

On Sunday mornings, Lee Cameron anchors a slate of religious programming that includes Gospel music, preaching, and local church services.
