- Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws, and the stricter requirements of Wikipedia's non-free content policies, because it is used in a section about former personalties and the gentleman in the middle is a former WJZ news anchor.
- The resolution of the image is very low(Doubling the size of the picture causes it to become blurred) and thus not suitable for production of counterfeit goods.
- The anchor in question, Al Sanders, died ten years ago and therefore this image is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image of comparable educational value.Marylandstater 00:07, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
