WJLX (1240 AM, "Full Service 1240") is a radio station licensed to serve Jasper, Alabama. The station is owned by Wal Win LLC It airs a Southern Gospel music format.[2]
The station has been assigned these call letters by the Federal Communications Commission since January 29, 2008, when it swapped with sister station WLYJ.[1]

In February 2008, Wal Win LLC, headed by shareholder Brett Elmore, reached an agreement to buy WJLX from Joy Christian Communications Inc., headed by president Ed Smith. Wal Win LLC agreed to pay in full the mortgage held against real property (with the pay-off being $300,000) in exchange for the station.[3]
