Witold "Vitek" Kiełtyka (January 24, 1984November 2, 2007) was a Polish musician, the drummer and percussionist for the technical death metal band Decapitated, and younger brother of the musician Wacław "Vogg" Kiełtyka. He had been with the band ever since it was founded in 1996, when he was only twelve years of age. He also did work for the heavy metal bands Dies Irae and Panzer X.

On October 29, 2007, while travelling to a show in Gomel, Belarus, Decapitated and the other band that was on the tour bus, Crionics,were involved in a bus accident. The tour bus collided with a truck carrying wood, giving serious head injuries to Kiełtyka and Adrian Kowanek.

The two were taken to a hospital in Novozybkov, Russia. While Kiełtyka's family released a statement on November 1, 2007, saying that his condition had improved, he went under trepanation, and he was due to be transported to a hospital in Krakow, Poland for further treatment. However, Kiełtyka died on November 2, 2007 at the age of 23.[1]

The Norwegian symphonic black metal band Dimmu Borgir played a tribute concert to him on November 2 at Oulu, Finland.[2]
