Withrow is an unincorporated village on the edge of the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area in the U.S. state of Minnesota. It was formally absorbed into the cities of Hugo, Grant and May Township in Washington County. As such, it is currently considered a distinct residential area and business district than an official village or township.
Today, you will find, Sal's Angus Grill (Formerly Woody's Bar & Grill (Formerly Keystone Lounge, (Formerly the One Potata Trading Post))), the Withrow Ballroom, and Withrow Elementary School (Part of the Stillwater School District; Independent School District 834) and a handful of houses. The area is located Northeast of White Bear Lake; Northwest of Stillwater.
