Despite the copyright claim, the [ALWS] claims that the photographer, Moritz Nähr, was of socialist/communist leanings and didn't care about copyright, and that it's been sold at ALWS conferences and published without problem. In addition, the photo is, without credit, used on the cover of the latest edition of G. E. M. Anscombe's translation of Philosophical Investigations, and can be seen here: Image:Wittgenstein-investigations.JPG.
