State Trunk Highway 68 (often called Highway 68, STH 68 or WIS 68) is a state highway in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. It runs east-west in Dodge County from Fox Lake to Waupun.

Highway 68 begins at the corner of East State Street and Spring Street in downtown Fox Lake. Heading three blocks west past Fireman's Park on the east side of the city, WIS 68 turns northeast on Waupun Street to East Hamilton Street. East State Street continues southeast out of the city as County Trunk Highway A.
Highway 68 continues to the northeast to Waupun, where it becomes Fox Lake Road. Turning to the north for three blocks, WIS 68 reaches its eastern terminus at West Main Street (WIS-49) in Waupun. The highway ends three blocks away from Waupun Memorial Hospital.
