State Trunk Highway 64 (often called Highway 64, STH 64 or WIS 64) is a Wisconsin state highway running east-west across central Wisconsin. It is 275.65 miles in length.

The western terminus of Highway 64 is located at the Minnesota state line on the Stillwater Bridge in Stillwater, Minnesota. The eastern terminus is located at U.S. Highway 41 in downtown Marinette on the corner of Marinette Avenue and Hall Avenue.

Highway 64 begins in the middle of the Stillwater Bridge at the Wisconsin/Minnesota state line. Starting approximately 0.7 miles from its terminus, is concurrent with STH 35 for 9 miles until Somerset. Highway 64 is a limited-access freeway From 150TH Avenue in Houlton until 85TH St./Raleigh Rd. in Somerset. Continuing east, the highway is an expressway with at-grade intersections until 145TH St. in New Richmond. From 145TH St. on, the route is a two-lane surface road. In Cylon, Wisconsin Highway 64 is concurrent with US 63 from the US 63/STH 46 (known locally as 'Four Corners') junction until 260TH St.
