Please do not delete content from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Selma Blair, without explaining the reason for the removal in the edit summary. Unexplained removal of content does not appear constructive, and your edit has been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox for test edits. Thank you. Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Wikipedia. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the text has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. --SMS Talk 19:26, 23 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Your edits to Selma Blair

If you really are a personal representative of the subject of the article, it would most certainly conflict with our guidelines on neutral point-of-view. See our page about conflict of interest.

Note that the threshhold for inclusion in Wikipedia is verifiability, not truth. It is erroneous to exclude something from an article solely based on the fact that it is not true. If you would like to provide reliable sources to back up your statement, perhaps you could suggest a refutation to that particular claim. In any case, notice that reverting others' edits is considered edit-warring; a breech of the three-revert rule may lead to your account being blocked. Happy editing, shoy 19:33, 23 January 2008 (UTC)

You have been temporarily blocked from editing Wikipedia as a result of your disruptive edits. You are free to make constructive edits after the block has expired, but please note that vandalism (including page blanking or addition of random text), spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, personal attacks; and repeated, blatant violations of our policies concerning neutral point of view and biographies of living persons will not be tolerated.
