[edit] Welcome
Welcome to Wikipedia!! I hope that you will enjoy your time here. I was thinking that maybe you would like to get involved with Wikipedia:WikiProject Turkey - we need all the help that we can get. There you can also find and contact users who are trying to improve Turkey-related articles. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
By the way, I see that you have done a good job with Alpamysh and Book of Dede Korkut! In fact I think that with some little work they can become a GA (Good article) - maybe you can nominate them for GA review and see what others think about them. Cheers! Baristarim 03:37, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
- Thank you! I am still learning all the ropes, not very easy. But very excited about DYK for Alpamysh. Indeed, will nominate both articles for GA. Wisconsin96 19:30, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] User talk:Wisconsin96/mycreations
Hi Wisconsin96,
You shouln't put categories like turkish cuisine, words of turkish origin, nomads, yogurt etc. in your user talk page. Otherwise a link to your user talk page will be visible in the relevant category pages, which will of course be irrelevant. So, I should remove those categories from the talk page.
Welcome and happy edit.. Chapultepec 20:02, 7 April 2007 (UTC)
- thank you for letting me know, I was not aware of this. Sorry for the confusion. Wisconsin96 22:08, 9 April 2007 (UTC)
