The Workshop for Introducing Reuse in Enterprises, or (WIRE), is a pioneer Software Engineering event in Brazil, about reuse and the related aspects, and it is gaining new adepts every year, with potential to produce deep changes in the current and future software engineering practices in companies. The first WIRE conference was in 2006 in Recife, Pernambuco.
WIRE is organized by the RiSE, reuse in software engineering group, and C.E.S.A.R.
