Talk:Wireless World Research Forum

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I removed the speedy tag on this. It looks like it might be notable. It is the "author" of two books (Technologies for the Wireless Future I and II) which are published by Wiley (an important publisher) and sell for $170, the price indicating the type of book that might be bought in small numbers but by influential people, although I don't know if this is true. Deserves a full AfD though. Herostratus 21:10, 20 April 2007 (UTC)

I don't see where in the article it asserts that it is the author of those books. Where is that information located? --Evb-wiki 21:17, 20 April 2007 (UTC)

Off their web page, here for the latest one, they are also on Amazon. Herostratus 21:16, 22 April 2007 (UTC)

I'm picking up 37,000 Google hits on the string "Wireless World Research Forum". That seems like a lot, and quick scan indicates they're legit. Granted that the article doesn't have thirg-party sources, with 38,000 hits they must exist. I'm pulling the PROD. I was thinking of sending it to AfD but I don't feel that it should be deleted, so I won't; but I may be wrong, and you're welcome to send it to AfD. Herostratus 21:29, 22 April 2007 (UTC)
