1. It is a promotional screenshot from a television series;
2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the DVD of the show in any way;
3. Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the program because it is low resolution;
4. The image is significant because it identifies a group of starring characters with the results of the titular hunt in a scene referred to by the episodes epigraph;
5. The image is accompanied by a description of the scene, the characters role and critical commentary of their importance in the episode.
