Route 150 (locally known as St. Anne's Rd.) is a city route in Winnipeg, Manitoba. It runs from Route 52 (St. Mary's Rd.) to the Perimeter Highway (where it meets with Provincial Road 300).
This principal arterial road serves as a connector between the Southeastern communities and St. Mary's Rd. to downtown Winnipeg. A small part of the route is multiplexed with Highway 1/Trans-Canada Highway. The speed limit is 60 km/h (40 mph) for the most part, except approaching the Perimeter, where it increases to 70 km/h (45 mph).
